Rachel Harris
Rachel Harris (Nottingham, UK) introduction to music was through the Church, singing gospel and classical from the age of 4. Rachel entered various talent shows such as “Search for a Star” and performed in local bands, At age 17, Rachel was discovered by the production team “Masters of The Monotonal Groove” who went on to be called “Lisa Marie Experience” and “Angel Heart“. Rachel was featured on a couple of tracks which were top 10 dance hits, the first of them being “Come Back To Me” which received rave reviews from Allister Whitehead, Smash Hits, Mixmag, and the local press. She has also been featured on many UK Dance compilations such as Chillout, ClubTogether and Fantasia. All this led Rachel to work with artists such as Graeme Park, Charles Webster, Prescence and KWS. Rachel feels at home doing live performances and has supported the likes of Alison Limerick, Jinny, Ultimate Kaos, Deuce and Sean Maguire. Her influences include 70’s funk 80’s soul, vocal house and smooth jazz.
“Find A Place” has Rachel singing in a smooth soulful uplifting style showing of her vocal talent aided by the production talents of Alex Wheeler & Domenic Navarra. Big Moses, one of New Jersey’s most influential deep house producer/remixer‘s has performed his usual underground transformation of this production (including some Blazelike background vocals), as he has done so many times in the past for labels like King Street, Soundmen On Wax,. Shelter etc.
