Q. What is the file format and encoding rate of my downloads?

A. The music files offered for download are MP3 (192 kbps and 320 kbps) and M4a formats. The files are not encrypted with digital rights management or copy protection software. This format allows you to; (a) enjoy music on your computer, (b) transfer it to your media player; or burn it to CD or DVD.

Q. When I buy music, when and how can I download it?

A.  Login to your account entering your user name and password. Then select the recording(s) you wish to purchase, the digital format that best suits your requirements (192, 320 kbps or M4a) and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Go to your Cart to begin the Checkout process.

A. Following completion of your order, the music you purchase will be made available for immediate download. You should then proceed to the “My Account" section of the site and click on the “My Downloads” link. The digital file(s) you purchased will be displayed together with the transaction ID, date purchased and purchase amount. Next, click on the “View Detail” button and begin the download process. You will also receive an email to the address you've submitted confirming your purchase. Please note that once you have successfully completed your purchase, the link(s) directing you to receive your order will expire in 48 hours and the music you purchased will no longer be available for download.

Q. How long does it take to download a track?

A.This will depend on your connection speed, the file size of the track and Internet traffic.

Q. Can I share my downloads?

A.No. Anyone who distributes, shares or copies our MP3 files will have their account suspended and be subject to both criminal and civil prosecution.

Q. I purchased the wrong track, can I get a refund?

A. No. You should check the tracks listed in your shopping cart before completing the payment process.

Q. Is my transaction secure?
